Officiency, Inc. Launches Green Residential Assessment Tool
(Boulder, CO) Officiency, Inc. launched today an assessment tool for professional organizers interested in green consulting services. The assessment tool, developed by K.J. McCorry, is intended for residential clients and families. It is available for download at a purchase price of $75 from the following site http://www.green-organizers.com.

The assessment is intended for an organizing or eco-consultant to conduct the interview and provide recommended actions. Developed in Excel, it has over 300 questions that covers primary topical areas within sustainability including energy, water, waste, transportation, food, consumption, chemicals and toxins, home office, green building. Once the assessment has been completed, a worksheet has been formatted for consultants to customize an action plan for each client and family. It provides a list of over 170 suggested action items per each category for consultants to choose from.

Coming soon in 2010 will be a JumpStart Guide for Eco-Consultants . This 50-page guide will be a step by step guide on becoming a green or eco-consultant. It will provide information about how to set up a new eco-consulting business and offer green services.
