This tele-class will help attendees understand what makes people do the things they do—pile papers, procrastinate, seek perfection—and how to make it work for them. You can’t change people, it’s much better to work with their natural tendencies. We will take each trait for both thinking styles and explore organizing strategies that will work the way they do.
