The ZING list is not responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, liability or other cause of any kind whatsoever based upon or resulting from any of the listings or services made available on the ZING list website.

You agree that your information and the items and services you list on the ZING list: will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; will not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy ; will not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti discrimination, or false advertising); will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing; will not be obscene or contain pornography; will not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (i) are prohibited under these terms and conditions or (ii) You do not have a right to link to or include.

Ads placed on the the ZING list website may be edited or deleted at any time at our discretion. In the case of editing, it would usually be of a minor nature such as the correction of spelling errors or fixing broken links.
The Terms of use constitute an agreement which is effective until terminated by the ZING list, at any time, without notice. The ZING lis may terminate your right to use this site immediately without notice to you if, in the ZING lis sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of the Terms of use. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the ZING lis website.
